These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions under which the provider (the "Company") offers the AI shoot navigator "Dandori" (the "App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the Company relating to use of the App. The Company may establish additional guidelines relating to the App, which shall form part of these Terms.
Article 2 (Account Registration)
- The App can be used without account registration.
- The App stores projects, shot lists, and video footage created by the user on the user's device in principle.
- If data is lost due to loss or malfunction of the device, device reset, or deletion of the App, the Company has no means of restoring it.
Article 3 (Paid Plans / Subscriptions)
- The App offers some features through a paid subscription (a "Paid Plan"). The scope of free features and the content, price, and duration of Paid Plans are as displayed on the in-app purchase screen, which is the latest and authoritative information.
- Payment is made through Apple's App Store, and your Apple account is charged at the time of purchase.
- Paid Plans renew automatically. Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription will automatically renew for the same period and price.
- If a free trial is offered, unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged and moved to a Paid Plan when the trial ends.
- You can turn off auto-renewal from your device's Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. The Company cannot process cancellations on your behalf.
- If you purchase a Paid Plan while a free trial is active, any unused portion of the trial may be forfeited.
- Refunds follow Apple's policies and procedures. The Company has no authority to issue refunds directly for payments made through the App Store.
- The Company may change prices and the content of Paid Plans. Changes will not affect a period that has already started and will apply from the next renewal onward. Material changes will be announced in advance in the App or on this website.
Article 4 (Handling of AI-Generated Content)
- Based on the genre and requests entered by the user, the App uses a third-party AI service to generate video outlines, shooting instructions, and caption suggestions (the "Generated Content").
- Generated Content is reference information only, and the Company does not guarantee its accuracy, usefulness, legality, or fitness for any particular purpose. Users are responsible for reviewing and using Generated Content at their own discretion.
- Due to the nature of AI, similar or identical inputs may produce similar Generated Content for other users. The Company does not guarantee the uniqueness or non-duplication of Generated Content.
- Users may use Generated Content as-is or modified, freely. However, users are responsible for ensuring that such use does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other rights.
- Users must not use Generated Content for purposes that infringe third-party rights or that violate applicable law or public order and morals.
Article 5 (Filming and Access to Device Features)
- The App requests access to the camera and microphone to provide filming features, and to the photo library to save exported videos. Users may choose whether to grant these permissions, but the App's core features are unavailable without them.
- Users are responsible for complying with filming location rules, the privacy and publicity rights of any third parties who appear on camera, and all other applicable laws when filming.
- The Company bears no responsibility for the content of videos filmed or edited using the App.
Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users must not engage in any of the following when using the App:
- Acts that violate applicable law or public order and morals
- Unauthorized access, or acts that destroy or interfere with server functions
- Deliberately exploiting bugs or unintended behavior in the App
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise analyzing the App
- Using the App's AI features through automated means in an excessive volume
- Modifying or manipulating the App to circumvent Paid Plan charges
- Infringing the rights or interests of the Company or any third party
- Any other conduct the Company deems inappropriate
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the App's content or any information obtained through the App.
- Except where caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for damages arising from use of the App, including loss or corruption of video footage, export failures, damages arising from use of AI-generated content, and damages arising from filming.
- Notwithstanding the foregoing, where the Company's liability cannot be fully waived under the Consumer Contract Act or other applicable law, the Company's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the App in the 12 months preceding the occurrence of the damage.
- The App relies on third-party AI services. If such services are suspended, change their specifications, or are discontinued, some App features may become unavailable; the Company is not liable for any resulting damages.
Article 8 (Suspension, Modification, and Discontinuation)
The Company may suspend or discontinue all or part of the App without notice to users if it determines that any of the following applies:
- System maintenance or inspection is being performed
- A force majeure event has occurred, such as a natural disaster, communications failure, or server trouble
- A connected third-party service has been discontinued
- The Company determines that continuing to operate the App has become impracticable
Except where caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for any damages a user incurs as a result.
Article 9 (Intellectual Property)
Intellectual property rights in the App and the programs, designs, trademarks, and other elements it contains belong to the Company or their rightful owners. The rights to any video a user films, edits, and exports using the App belong to the user.
Article 10 (Changes to These Terms)
The Company may revise these Terms as necessary.
When the Terms are revised, the Company will announce this within the App or on this official website. Continued use of the App after a revision constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Any dispute arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location as the court of first instance.
