1. Introduction
The provider of the AI shoot navigator "Dandori" (the "App", "we", "us") respects the privacy of our users and is committed to protecting personal information. This Policy explains what information the App collects and how it is handled.
2. Handling of Your Footage (Important)
Video and photos you shoot and edit in the App are processed entirely on your device and are never sent to our servers or any third-party server. Clip merging, trimming, caption compositing, and export all happen on-device.
Exported videos are saved to your device's photo library at your own action. Management of exported videos after saving is your responsibility.
3. Information We Collect
The App collects the following information.
- Text you enter: the genre you select and any text you enter as a request for your project. This is sent, via a server we operate, to a third-party AI service in order to generate your outline.
- Usage information: anonymous statistics such as how often features are used, screen navigation, and error occurrences. Collected in a form that cannot identify you personally.
- Purchase information: your Paid Plan subscription status (subscribed or not, and plan type). Payment processing is handled by Apple, and we never receive your credit card number or other payment details.
- Push notification identifier: a device identifier used to deliver notifications (only if you allow notifications).
- Device information: OS version, device model, and app version. Collected for troubleshooting and quality improvement.
The App does not collect your name, address, phone number, email address, or similar information, except when you voluntarily provide it by contacting us.
4. Purposes of Use
- Generating and providing AI video outlines, shooting instructions, and caption suggestions
- Providing Paid Plans and managing subscription status
- Delivering push notifications, such as reminders when filming is interrupted
- Troubleshooting and improving quality and features
- Understanding usage statistically
We do not use collected information for any purpose other than those listed above.
5. Third-Party Services We Use
The App uses the following third-party services to provide its features. Each service's handling of information is governed by its own privacy policy.
- Google (Gemini API): generates video outlines. Only the selected genre and entered text are sent — no recorded video or images are transmitted.
- Cloudflare (Workers / AI Gateway / Workers AI): relays and processes outline generation requests. If the Gemini API is unavailable, an AI model running on Cloudflare generates the outline instead; the information sent is the same as above.
- RevenueCat: manages Paid Plan subscription status.
- OneSignal: delivers push notifications.
- Google (Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics): web and app analytics, usage statistics, and crash reporting used to investigate defects.
- Apple (App Store): app distribution and payment processing.
6. Data Management and Third-Party Disclosure
We take necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of collected information.
We do not disclose collected information to third parties except in the following cases:
- With the user's consent
- Where required by a legal disclosure request
- Where necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the user's consent
- Where disclosure to the third-party services listed in Section 5 is necessary to provide the App's features
7. Advertising
The App does not serve advertising. We do not disclose user information to third parties for advertising purposes.
8. Your Rights
- Footage and projects you've created: stored on your device, and can be deleted at any time via the App or your Photos app. Deleting the App removes the data stored within it.
- Push notifications: can be turned off at any time from your device's Settings.
- Usage statistics collection: governed by your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and Analytics settings.
- To request disclosure, correction, or deletion of collected information, please contact us using the information below.
9. Children's Use
The App is not specifically directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under the age of 13.
